Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items (any items with customizations) are not returnable. If you are truly unsatisfied with your personalized order, let us know, and we will try to accommodate your requests.

If you wish to return a non-personalized item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Items that have not been used and have been kept clean since delivery may be returned. We will provide a full refund for the cost of the product; the shipping of the product is nonrefundable.
